Currently serves as a Youth Committee Member of the National Organ Transplantation Association and as a Youth Committee Member of the Organ Transplantation Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association. Specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of urological tumors, with extensive clinical experience particularly in the minimally invasive management of renal cell carcinoma and adrenal tumors. In 2011, participated in a six-month medical assistance mission to Nujiang, Yunnan Province, where he helped establish a specialized minimally invasive urology department in the ethnic minority areas of Nujiang.
In 2015, conducted a one-year academic visit and research program at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, USA, under the mentorship of renowned American renal cancer expert Professor Steve C. Campbell. Emphasizes the comprehensive development of clinical practice, education, and research; has been involved in four National Natural Science Foundation of China research projects; and has published over 40 medical research papers, including 20 indexed in SCI (with an overall impact factor exceeding 80). Current clinical focus is on the minimally invasive treatment of various urological tumors, particularly laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for renal and adrenal tumors.
