He studied under Professor Lu Deming, a lifetime professor , and pursued advanced studies in breast-conserving surgery and comprehensive treatment at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He is skilled in breast-conserving surgery, radical mastectomy , and comprehensive and surgical treatment of breast cancer , as well as minimally invasive surgery for intraductal papilloma and fibroadenoma of the breast . He is also proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of various breast diseases using both traditional Chinese and Western medicine . He is one of the few doctors in China who possesses both traditional Chinese and Western medical skills and values clinical teaching and popular science work .
